SPN Fishing Rodeo

The 2009 Saint Philip Neri Fishing Rodeo will be held from Friday May 29th through Saturday May 30th at Grand Isle, LA. There will be tons of actvities for both kids and adults. For more information you can click here.

SPN Cabbage Ball League

Saint Philip Neri Summer Cabbage Ball League runs from June 3rd thru July 15th. Registration begins April 5th and runs through April 30th. You can download a registration form here.

SPN Fish Fry

As usual, the members of the Saint Philip Neri Parish came out in force to support a fish fry on March 6th and then again on March 27th. There was a huge showing of support from volunteers and diners.

SPN Oktoberfest

The first ever Saint Philip Neri Oktoberfest was a great time with authentic German food, German beer and even German music.

The 1st Annual SPN Crawfish Cook-off was a HUGE SUCCESS. Thanks to the hard work of our 24 teams and the volunteers who worked the event we were able to serve crawfish to nearly 1000 attendees. In a city where we measure the success of a Mardi Gras by the amount of trash generated, our 4500 pounds of garbage represents just how successful this first time event was. Almost all of the teams have shown interest in participating again next year so I think it's safe to say that the cook-off will be an annual event for some time to come.
